I May Be Wrong, and Yet It Feels So Light

There are moments when I make a choice, say a truth, or walk away—and a part of me whispers, “What if I’m wrong?”
But then something softer, deeper, answers, “Even so… why does it feel so light?”
We’re taught to fear being wrong.
To associate mistakes with shame.
To doubt ourselves unless every step is backed by logic, tradition, or approval.
But lightness?
Lightness is the soul’s whisper of alignment.
Even if the world disagrees.
Even if the outcome is uncertain.
Even if I cannot fully explain it.
Sometimes, being “wrong” by someone else’s standards is being right by our own soul’s compass.
There’s a liberation that comes from trusting your body, your intuition, your quiet knowing. A sacred kind of surrender. Not to be reckless—but to be real.
Maybe I’ll change my mind tomorrow. Maybe I’ll grow beyond this moment. But right now, in this breath—it feels light. And that’s enough.
