Everything Is for My Soul’s Highest Good
There’s a gentle grounding that happens when we begin to believe—truly believe—that everything in our life is unfolding for our soul’s highest good.
This isn’t just a comforting thought or a spiritual quote to repeat during hard times. It’s a truth that, when fully embodied, begins to change the way we move through life. We stop resisting. We stop judging. And we start listening.
I’ve often asked myself:
If everything is for my soul’s growth, how can I question its beauty or its worth?
Even the pain.
Even the uncertainty.
Even the breaking.
All of it is sacred.
But when I forget this truth, my body reminds me. It holds the resistance. It whispers through tightness, anxiety, fatigue, or unease. It’s not punishing me—it’s inviting me back to presence.
The journey of returning to the self is not linear. Some days I remember. Other days I resist. But even the forgetting is part of the remembering.
I am learning to breathe into the discomfort.
To see the cracks as entry points for light.
To trust that nothing—absolutely nothing—is wasted.
And in this awareness, I find peace.
Not the kind that comes from external certainty, but the kind that blooms from inner trust.

Sacred Reflection:
“All that is happening is for my soul’s highest good.
I choose to trust, even when I do not understand.”
