Projections, Emotions, and Divine Alchemy

People come into our lives with many masks.

Some bring love, others bring resistance.

Some bring joy, others—jealousy, judgment, control.

But here is the deeper truth I’ve come to know:

Every emotion projected onto us—whether light or shadow—is a divine tool for our own healing.

Even those who manipulate.

Even those who trigger.

Even those who praise or dismiss us…

They are not the source—they are the mirror.

Each reaction they stir within us is a pointer to something unhealed, unseen, or in need of transmutation.

Their jealousy shows us our own light.

Their resistance reveals where we still seek validation.

Their manipulation reminds us to reclaim our power.

Their joy reminds us of our own.

It’s all alchemy.

Divine alchemy.

Turning pain into insight.

Turning projections into power.

Turning ego reactions into soul evolution.

So instead of asking,

“Why are they doing this to me?”

I now ask:

“What is this showing me about myself?”

I trust that even their shadow serves my light.

Because the sages have always said—

Those who come to wound also come to awaken.

Those who come to love also come to remind us that we are love.
